The Circuit Court is responsible for misdemeanor criminal cases, family violence, stalking, sexual assault, forcible entry, and detainer cases, and early hearings in felony criminal cases.
The City of Sheridan Municipal Court is located in City Hall at 55 Grinnell Plaza, Sheridan, WY, 82801. This court, presided over by the Honorable Thomas Klepperich handles all Sheridan City ordinance violations, as well as all city parking and traffic violations. The court has the authority to impose sentences of up to 6 months in jail and/or $750.00.
