DUI / Drug Stop — Wyoming Supreme Court

Motion to suppress filed arguing no reasonable articulable suspicion to expand the scope of the stop and to conduct a canine sniff. District Court denied. Wyoming Supreme Court accepted cert, reversed the District Court, and granted the motion to suppress. Case dismissed.
